ELRAT/SACU  Training Day   Lanark Feb 2007

For the first event of the year it was appropriate to start off with some training to give newcomers a look at a forest and regulars some practice. ELRAT - under an SACU training permit managed to get the services of three of our top riders to lead the day.

Murray Thomson , Dougal Walker and Malcolm Bisset were the coaches and set about showing a varied group of riders how to survive off road - and in some cases to get quick riders going even quicker.

Thanks to the landowner for the use of his forest and the the Whites et al for setting out the course.
