Another great event
from EEC - thanks to Barry and Kev. Birkenhill Forest track -
hills and heather tracks followed by a massive stubble field to
fly round.
Last Championship
event of the year and well attended with over 90 riders
including some MXers out for a play.
Frazer Norrie was on
form with only Neil Chatham and Andrew Bisset able to match his
laps. Derek Little was back for a blast and took the over 40's
from hard charging Gavin Johnston back on a bike - with ever
present Alan Davidson looking very rapid in third. Mention has
to be made of Mark Ritchie - back on a bike and still quick
after a replacement hip only 12 weeks ago - now that's
dedication.
Frazer also got past
the pits first to take the main award - a Fray Bentos mince pie
!
Ben Edwards was
looking fast in the Clubman as he took the win ahead of Lewis
Forbes and Johnny Stewart
Dean Buchan took the
Clubman B win ahead of Brian Andrews and James Aitkenhead.
In the Sportsman
Garath Blake emerged the winner just ahead of Gareth
Jamieson and Neil Cowie.
