A great start to the new race season with a cracker of an event at Lauder. Run by Stevie Currie and the team at DirtBike Evolution.

Starting off dry but with some rain towards the end of the 2 1/2 hours making the track a bit slippy.

Some new faces on the start line with Scottish MX Champ Steven Craig lining up against current Scottish H&H champ Andrew Bisset and regular Ben Thomson .

Sam Boyd has moved up to the Experts and put in a fine race for 2nd place.

New young guns Cai Hewitt and Robbie Davidson moved up to Clubman for a good battle. Lewis Carey having a change from MX had a good day with 3rd.

In the Over 50's it was great to see Stuart Mowbray and Andrew Flockhart back in action again with both riders impressing on the day.
