ACU RULES

All riders must be aware of the ACU Standing Regulations and National Sporting Code. Copies of these can be obtained from the SACU Office at Broxburn. Every licence holder gets a copy with their licence.

Any local regulations will be mentioned in the supplementary regs for each event.

It is well worth reading the regs so you know what to do at an event. Seminars are held each year for clubs to get officials certified for their duties at their events. If you are interested in getting certified speak to your club secretary.

In addition to the rules and regs of the sport rides should also be aware of the Country Code and the ACU Environmental Code.

It is essential that riders help to preserve the environment if our sport is to continue.
